 I've just finished a conference for teachers using computers, and it pushed me towerds looking at my digital presence. I created this blog, as a useful way of putting pressure on companies, when I feel they are not stepping up to the mark.

I generally introduce it with a remark along the lines of :

"Thanks for talking to me, do you mind if I put this interaction up on my customer service blog, as I think it migh be educational... I then make it clear that I will remove the name used by the customer service rep from the post, as my gripe may be with the company, not the rep."

The last time I posted anything here, was six years ago.

To my shock, its still getting two or three hits a day.
